THE REINVENT SERIES: 20 WEEKS TO AWAKEN YOURSELF
I started this series because I was bored with my mind and time, and frankly, I didn't know who I was.
So I decided to stimulate different parts of myself—physically, mentally, creatively, and even emotionally—not just for the fun of it but to discover what I liked doing and who, in that moment doing these activities, I was.
And let me tell you, I have journaled, voice recorded my thoughts, reread journals, and felt both anxious & alive! More so, I was just me.
This series is a 20-week journey designed to help you do the same—reconnect with yourself—your body, your mind, your creativity, and your purpose. Every week, you’ll try a new low-budget, fulfilling activity across four rotating themes: intellectual, physical, creative, and emotional. It’s not just about having fun—it’s about discovering yourself through these activities, as they offer paths to curiosity, discipline, wonder, and self-discovery through intentional living.
From digital detoxing to deep reading, dancing, painting, hiking, learning new skills, and more, you’ll be documenting it all and sharing how each activity impacts me.
